Harmio

Balance your life. Build better habits. Live intentionally.

Create a life that feels balanced.

Plan your days, build meaningful habits, and make more time for what matters — all in one beautiful space.

The problem

Life doesn't fit in one list.

Work grows to fill the week. Rest, movement, learning and the people you love get squeezed into whatever is left — and your tools are scattered, so it is hard to see the whole picture.

  • A to-do app for tasks
  • A calendar for plans
  • A tracker for habits
  • A notebook for thoughts

The solution

One calm space for the whole of your life.

Harmio brings your plans, tasks, habits and reflections together, organised around the areas of life that matter to you — so you can see where your time goes and adjust gently.

A balanced life isn't about doing everything. It's about making time for what matters.
The idea behind Harmio

Key features

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Simple tools that work together, designed to support your routine rather than add to it.

  • A planner for real days

Lay out your day by the hour, mix work with rest, and see what a week actually holds before you commit to it.

  • Tasks that stay light

Capture what needs doing, set a priority and a due date, and move on. No heavy project-management overhead.

  • Habits without pressure

Build routines at your own pace. A missed day is just a missed day — every small step counts.

  • Eight life areas

Work, spiritual, fitness, nutrition, learning, rest, personal and finance — each with its own colour, goals and habits.

  • Insights that mean something

See how your time and habits spread across areas, in plain language, instead of a wall of vanity metrics.

  • Journal and check-ins

A short daily check-in and a place to write. Your journal and mood entries are private by default.

How it works

Three small steps, repeated.

Balance is built in ordinary days, not in one big reset.

  1. Step 1: Choose what matters

Start with the eight life areas, keep the ones you want, and add habits that fit your routine.

  2. Step 2: Plan your day

Put tasks, habits and time for rest into one view, so your day reflects more than your workload.

  3. Step 3: Reflect and adjust

Check in, write a few lines, and see how your week spread across areas. Then nudge it, gently.

Life areas

Harmio starts with these areas. Use all of them, or only the ones that matter to you right now.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Harmio?

Harmio is a personal planning and reflection app. It brings your daily plan, tasks, habits, goals and journal together, organised around eight areas of life, so you can see and shape your balance.

Is Harmio a mental-health or medical tool?

No. Harmio is a planning and reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Journal and mood entries are private by default: they belong to your account and are not shared with other people.

Do I have to use all eight life areas?

No. The eight areas are a starting point. Keep the ones that matter to you and make the rest as quiet as you like.

What happens if I miss a habit?

Nothing bad. Harmio favours steady progress over perfect streaks, so a missed day is simply a day you can pick up again tomorrow.

Where can I use it?

Harmio runs in your web browser and is designed to work well on both phones and larger screens.

Make time for what matters.

Start small: pick your areas, add a habit or two, and plan tomorrow.
